Clean up both my as well as Nina's office; We both use this great 'piles-on-floor-and-desk' filing system and we really need to sort thourgh all the stuff, order and file it properly.
Success criterion/-a
When the piles are gone.

April 2008: mine is done!
May 2008: nina's office done too!
