#18 Cleanup and organise accounts

Description/Motivation
Make an overview of all online accounts i have. Unsub/delete stuff i don't use (anymore) and put the rest in a single file including url, used email address, username and password.
Additionally, make a habit out of adding any new accounts i might create and review the list every now and then (yearly?).
