#82 Learn to Get Things Done
Category: Miscellanea
Status: in progress
Description/Motivation
Making this list again proves i should really learn to GTD!
After deciding taking this serious, i also decided to make the list and put it as a main part on . . . g a f f. Then i wrote down about 180 101-in-1001 items and started to think about each item, change them, add items, remove items. All the delaying publishing this website.
Figure out a GTD system that works for me.
In the past, before i started working as a contractor, i used a simple but effective planning system: once a month print a calendar for three months and just write down all the thing i needed to do in that period.
The first action on GTD is reinstate the calendar system.
Progress
Slowly i'm getting into a workable GTD system. However, i do realise i should at least try to get more understanding of GTD and probably read a book or two about it. Most important at the moment is that i've started using outlook today and both the calendar and tasks feature seem to be helpful in listing tasks and actually doing stuff.
