Description/Motivation
Create as much as possible a paperless administration.
Can be tricky, as we have no idea where we're moving; maybe it's somewhere where bureaucracy demands everything written, signed and authorised. Threefold of course.
If completely paperless is not achievable, the aim of this item shifts to a completely digitised administration.
Success criterion/-a
If the highest possible degree of paperless is reached.
