#17 Setup the webcam again

Description/Motivation
Put the cam in a fixed position, preferable somewhere outdoors and have it automatically send pictures to this site. Obviously it should show something which is not too boring.
Alternatively, maybe use a better quality camera instead of a crappy webcam?
