#61 Start exercising again

Description/Motivation
Remember it felt good to do and improved my overall wellbeing and wellfeeling.
Success criterion/-a
Developing a routine again of 4 times a week 30 mins workout in a 45 minutes session (which is the duration of a Star Trek The Next Generation episode).
Progress
Feb '08: I've started but both fail in having a 30 minutes workout and in 4 times a week.
Mar '08: nothing.
Apr '08: Started again.
May-Aug '08: went pretty well, almost daily exercising.
Sep '08: Moved and had all our stuff stored, including the trainer. Haven't done any exercising ever since.
